The user has the right to obtain from Djinn Charter, at any time, confirmation of whether or not we are treating data that concerns him. Cancellation Right (“Right to be Forgotten”)

The user has the right, for Djinn Charter, to delete, without justified delay, the personal data that concerns him. We (Djinn Charter) is obliged to comply with the request and delete all User data, provided that it is not legally obliged to continue with the treatment or there is a legal basis for the deletion, according to article 17 of the GDPR.

The user has the right to obtain from Djinn Charter a limitation of the processing of their data, when the conditions of article 18 of the GDPR are met.

In the event that the user has exercised their right to rectify, cancel or limit treatment, according to article 19 of the GDPR, Djinn Charter is obliged to inform each of the recipients to whom the User’s personal data has been communicated, the aforementioned rectifications, cancellations or limitations of the treatment, unless this is impossible or requires a disproportionate effort. In addition, the User will have the right to be informed about the aforementioned recipients.

Djinn Charter does not collect or process Personal Data from Minors under 18 without the prior consent of the minor’s parents or legal guardians.
